Educational Achievement Policy Committee

Remit:

This Policy Committee has lead responsibility for 'Enjoying and Achieving' and covers all aspects of educational achievement, including pre-school, primary school, secondary school, further education and training, higher education, adult and continuing education, informal learning and innovation, and support for the improvement of educational standards. The Committee liaises closely with the Health, Care and Additional Needs Policy Committee over the well-being and educational outcomes of children in care. This Policy Committee will lead on work with the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
